“Let’s Blame the holidays! We weren’t fat in August!!”

Christmas is the day of joy and merriment, it’s the day of Christ, of love and respect and happiness. Winter festivities are all about snuggles and cuddles, Christmas cookies, and other tasty dishes. And, to take my Christmas festivities to the next level, I have found some awesome plant-based, healthy dishes for my Christmas kitchens. Not only are they tasty, but also loaded with health benefits and are super easy to make. So, if you wanna make your Christmas more green from the lettuce and more red from the tomatoes, let’s dig into some of the dishes.

Vegetable and Kale Soup

To start the Christmas celebrations tastefully, I have the warm, fulfilling, and beneficial veggie soup with Kale, the healthiest of all vegetables.

It has carrots, tomatoes, all the greens, and needed veggies. The soupy soup with veggie extract would be so good for your skin and hair giving you the Christmassy glow and beauty. The savory taste with the right bits of veggies to chew. It can be a great appetizer in the Christmas dinners and on regular days especially in winters. Also, it can be ready in under an hour so I and you can enjoy the big bowl of homely goodness!.

Vegetable stock

Adding condiments and artificial sauces made with different chemicals can bring out the taste in a dish but it can be a compromise on one’s health. One way to add that extra depth of flavor and taste is using vegetable broth. Vegetable broth made the right way will get your dishes elevated in taste and health benefits. It will make you feel satisfied with the taste but also help avoid the use of artificial flavoring chemicals.

The amazing thing about this stock is that it can be made with scraps of vegetables so, if you have any veggie hanging around alone in your fridge it can just be thrown in without any worries. It is the easiest to make and tastiest to taste. In other words, it is your super economical flavor maker. You can use it in veg and non-veg dishes and it will work wonders of flavor in both kinds of dishes.

Vegetable Kabobs

If you are a fan of savory dishes that are filling and healthy, this dish with flavor and nutrition-packed small packets of the veggie mixture would be just the thing for you. It can be the perfect side dish if eaten alone with a dip or can be a full Christmas meal made into a burrito with salads and sauces. These wondrous kabobs are tasty and healthy and are no way behind the meat kabobs in taste and nutrition.

The good thing about them is their budget-friendly ingredients and ease of making. So, let’s try these tiny little tasty kabobs that are just the best kind and are perfect for a true vegetarian Christmas.

Vegetable lasagna

If you are looking for a perfect veggie main dish, I have added in the list, a star dish that will make you fall in love with these nature’s gifts to us I.e., The Veggies. The different texture of each veggie, combined with creamy sauces and soft-boiled pasta, is a wholesome dish with just the right combination of everything good. The goodness and health of vegetables, the strength from chicken stock, the creamy taste of cheese, and all the spices. For a big family Christmas dinner, there is nothing more you can need (aside from other dishes and decor, of course!).

When it’s Christmas, it’s all about working fast and smart. And, that’s exactly what this dish is all about. In addition to being super healthy and filling, this dish would be ready in under an hour and it’s so simple to make that you can do other things as well, while making this dish.

Spice dip

Let’s not forget the importance of a good dip. A good dip can make all the difference for a good dinner. So this dip is what I have on my Christmas dishes bucket list. It’s super tasty and flavor-packed and can add the dimension of taste and texture to any dish whatsoever. It would go easily with above mentioned vegetarian dishes to give you an excellent Christmas celebratory dinner with your friends and family. This dip would be the binding agent, bringing all the dishes together and adding to the taste of every one of the dishes on the dinner table.
